• Account data: name, surname, email, company and language.
• Billing: payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details.
• Usage and support: information you enter in the app and support communications.
• Browsing and cookies: technical and site-usage data (see section 8).

• Providing the service and managing your account and free trial — performance of the contract.
• Billing and payment — legal obligation and performance of the contract.
• Support and service communications — performance of the contract and legitimate interest.
• Marketing communications and updates — your consent.
• Analytics and marketing (cookies) — your consent.
• Security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest.

4. Recipients

We do not sell your data. We work with processors that handle it on our behalf:

• Brevo — transactional and marketing email.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting and infrastructure.
• Google (Google Analytics) — web analytics (with your consent).
• Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) — advertising measurement (with your consent).

5. International transfers

Some providers (Google, Meta, AWS, Stripe) may process data outside the European Economic Area, e.g. in the US. Such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active and, after closure, for the periods required by law (e.g. tax and accounting). It is then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent at any time by emailing contact@warepeak.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

8. Cookies

We use first- and third-party cookies. Analytics and marketing cookies are only enabled with your consent, which you manage via the cookie banner (to change your choice, delete the wp-consent cookie and reload).

9. Changes

We may update this policy if our services or the applicable law change. The current version, with its update date, will be posted on this page.
