1. Provider

Warepeak is a service provided by Artalejo Solutions SL (tax ID B09731233), Carrer Diputació 474, 08013 Barcelona (Spain). Contact: contact@warepeak.com.

2. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of Warepeak, a cloud warehouse-management platform (inventory, requests, rentals and audit). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you contract on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorised to bind it.

3. Account and access

You must provide accurate details and keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Each company has an owner and may invite users with different roles, whose use is also subject to these terms.

4. Free trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with no card required. When it ends, access is limited unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We may change or withdraw the trial in the future.

5. Plans, pricing and billing

Paid plans are recurring subscriptions managed through Stripe. Prices are shown excluding taxes, which are added where applicable. The subscription renews automatically for equal periods until you cancel. We may change prices with reasonable prior notice; the new price applies at the next renewal.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the application; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no further charges. Except where required by law, amounts already invoiced are not refunded.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, not to breach its security or that of third parties, not to reverse engineer, resell or overload the platform, and not to upload content that infringes third-party rights. We may suspend uses that breach this clause.

8. Your data and content

The content you enter (inventory, requests, your company data) is and remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service. Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability and support

We strive for high availability, but the service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Support is provided by email at contact@warepeak.com.

10. Intellectual property

The software, the "Warepeak" brand and all platform elements are owned by Artalejo Solutions SL. These terms transfer no rights over them beyond use of the service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of critical information.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate the service in the event of a breach of these terms or non-payment. Before permanent deletion of data you will have a reasonable period to export it, unless legally prevented.

13. Changes

We may update these terms for legal, technical or business reasons. The current version will be posted on this page; continued use after the update implies acceptance.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the city of Barcelona, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
